Living/Creating Artist Residency 

This mixed-use campus in Columbus, Indiana supports residences and studio space for visiting artists as well as full-time local creators. It features public amenities such as a gallery, library, and cafe becoming a community interface for art and culture within Columbus. The schematic design resolves issues of public utility easements and practical concerns of adjacency to the river flood way. This concept creates a dynamic and colorful spacial experience that inspires and activates this community.
